Default 350z rims on a GS?

ok so im in the need of tires, a buddy of mine has the some 18" 350z rims like the ones below. so im thinking of getting them to put on my silver GS400 but im unsure of how they will fit and look, also im not paying much about the price for new tires since i need better tires and could upgrade from my bad conditioned 17" oem rims. What do you all think?

I think it would look decent, but test fit them and drive up to 80 to check for vibrations... should be ok...

Need to get hubrings for this before driving at 80.
Hubrings 60.06-66.06 or 60.1-66.1 should be the same.
