This past weekend, i broke my master key, but i was able to reattach it back together to be able to use for a couple days, Now i bought an after market blank key with the remote on it, now my question is, is it possible to get the key cut from home depot or a key cutting place? I already know how to program the keyless entry. i Just want to make sure can i get the key cut by a third party like home depot. I called the dealership and they quoted me for $275 for a brand new Master key.

NB: I still have my old master key which is currently held together with an electrical tape.

 

Home Depot or any place like that will not be able to cut it, either the dealer or "some" locksmiths can cut it.

 

Check the internet, there are some who will cut.
