How do I remove wood trim?

How do I remove the wood pieces from the door? Do I need to remove the whole door panel?

01 gs430? you take off the door panel. the wood trims are screwed from the back

Thanx guys.. I guess I have to take off the door panels. Any good DIY links? My car is 99 GS4.
