need headlights

hi
i tried to clean the headlights of gs with carb cleaner and it apparently melted the clear cloat or plastic of headlight.
my fathers car is a japanese version, so the lenses are smoked.i need a pair of 2003 headlights with hid. where can i get?

jw...with all the DIY on here on how to clean headlights....y would u use a carb cleaner to clean the headlights?
