Default Need some help: wheel refinishing/ repair

hey all, just want to start by saying that this has to be the best car forum out there, since i got my gs4 I've diy'd everything from my srt intake to my lsd, to shaving my rear fenders. Now I need some more help, I live in San Angelo TX (middle of nowhere) by force..-USAF-servin you, and I can't find somewhere to get my work wheels resurfaced/ painted and polished. I know there's places in Dallas and San Antonio but that's 3 and 4 hours respectively. what I want is to get them painted black on the faces but leave the lip, the border around the caps and the areas in the holes polished (so they would shine at the lip, the border around the caps and the sides of the holes (if viewed from an angle the color scheme would be black, polished, black, polished, with the mirror lip). there's a pic of what my GS looks like (not my GS but the pic is from the guy who sold me the wheels).

You can try Wheels America, you will have to ship then but they have 24hour turn around. They do ok work, not great in my experience (at the S.F. Location) but the price is right (about $600 for a set of 4) and they come with a warranty. Besides that you can try to find a mobile wheel repair business, they usually handle the work for car dealers so you may want to check around town. My friend owns a franchise and fixed/polished a wheel I curbed in about an hour.

There's a huge place here in Fort Worth where they do all that, but that's too far for you though.

I've been looking for a mobile type company but no luck, I'm going to some local shop today to see what they know, I've been to the toyota dealership and all the tire stores, they're all pretty expensive and inconvenient.
