Read through all the diy's posted in this thread (or also in a longer thread under the Performace forum?) and give it a try. Although I think some of the posted content skipped or mis-interpreted some steps (so read through all the replies).

Or you can go to techinfo.toyota.com and buy a short term 2day pass for $15 and download everything you need.

The sticky at the top of this forum has a link to the service manuals and they are not there anymore per toyota it says

This was super easy start to finish in 20 min!!! Haven't noticed any difference in mpg or anything yet but only been a couple hours.. Definitely was dirty though. The weight difference was noticeable even once old filter had all fluid out
