Guys, I was on my way home from school and my check engine light decided to come on. I got the car scanned and the two codes found were P0715 and P0763. Can someone please help me out wit this?

the light turned off by itself after driving about 20 miles. Is there any reason for this? Also, are there any DIY directions on changing tranny fliud?
