Clear Bumper lights question

i am trying to buy this clear bumper light on ebay

my question is the seller says it will fit 98-01 gs300, what about 02-05? do they use different bumper lights? and does anyone have these on their car? how do they look? thax!

pretty sure 98-05 are all the same.
