Default Farewell to all Fellow 2nd Gen GS owners!!!!

I would like to bid all you a FAREWELL.
It was great knowing some of you guys. Went to a meet and met some people there exchanged ideas, and had some food.

All the information was excellent that was shared on here. It was a place where i could go all the time to see what you guys have been doing to your cars, and always keep wanted to do more too....

Well, Ill still keep my account here, I might get a Lexus later on but for now I got another toy. I know, I know, I have traded and gone the other way, but hey why not, Ill give it a try, if it does not work out, then i know where i can go back too.....

Well, the reason why all this happened was because some OLD guy driving a LINCOLN NAVIGATOR decided to do a U-Turn in a single lanNed 2 way street in downtown Monrovia, CA.....

I really liked my car, some times spent more time with it than my GF, but thats another story LOL...

Pics are taken from my phone so the quality is not that great, but you'll get the drift....

Well, Here are some pics of my car when it was NICE & Straight, Clean, Shinny, Fast and not to Furious...

Here is the reason why I dont have the car anymore, its legally Trash!!!!!!
This is what a 80 year old man can do to your car when its PARKED!!!!!!!!!
PARKED, meaning not moving, just chilling there, getting a tan.......

Thx for all the replies guys, Its so frustrating to let the car go when,
IT WASNT EVEN MY FAULT, I WAS NOT EVEN IN THE CAR!!!!! LOL, LOL
As far as parting out goes, I’m not 100% sure what ill be doing with the parts, there is a part of me that wants to get another one, and the other part of me that says, time to move on, newer bigger better cars. So its a toss-up, still have not decided....

but ill defiantly keep you guys in mind ...

I like your thinking BippuPxr!!

You are going to love your bimmer, just made the jump from a 540i/6 to my GS430.
You will notice some dramatic differences. My opinion..
From the factory the bimmer is going to handle better out of the box, but I hope you have low miles as when they get older they nickel and dime the heck out of you. I was lucky to have a very competent father when it came to care repair, therefore we did everything ourself repair wise..
Check out the boys and girls at Roadfly.com forums..
I cringed at the sight of your old car though... ouch. Good luck and enjoy!
