My passenger side lights work for a moment, but after a few minutes it turns off. once you turn the lights off then off, it works again... but only momentarily. Help?

Switch bulbs and see if the problem still exists. If it does, then its most likely a ballast problem.

[QUOTE=JRGS400;4014514]I has the same problem ,the hid bulb was a litle crack ,change the bulbs, and dead isue, working perfect EXACTLY! I had the same thing happen to me and logic said it was the ballast but it wound up only being the bulb itself.

OP - Replace them and you should be good to go. GL!

Sounds like the bulb. when the ballast is gone, the light normally don't light at all.

That brown thing is your return wire.

For D2Rs, you may find new ones on ebay. I've seen them for about $45/bulb or $90 a pair and they're genuine OEM Philips bulbs.

Depends, I've had cheaper ballasts that would flicker regardless of what bulbs you put in.

However, our OEM ballasts are VERY stout. I've put them through hell before and they still function perfectly fine.

Check Ebay if you're looking for Phillips, or you can get d2r's from one of CL's HID vendors as well. If you don't mind used and are looking to save cash, I've got the Phillips 4300k bulbs I took out of my GS you can have for $50 shipped. PM me if you're interested.
