man i think its your car and how you installed it... has to do nothing with the weaponR intake.... lol its just a metal tube w/filter...


do this...
put your stock one back on...
see what happens...
and try doing the whole process all over again...
it'll take a while, but its worth it...

u have to mount it on more of an angle towards the engine and lower it, i have no clue about the MAF thing could u take a picture of it?
the pointy end points towards the filter the end with holes in it:

You have the right pipe.. Look at the pics that lexusrules has attached.. The pipes are identical.. I don;t know what you did.. but it sure worked fine for Lexusrules..

I would just loosen the clamps from the throttle body and then adjust the pipe..

but the diffuser is on the wrong end.....the wierd metal thing....it's saposse to be by the throttle body....not MAF

actually the welder was supposed to put it on the Tb side but he messed up.. Sorry.. I believe you spoke to Chris W. from customer service.. he's waiting for your pipe?

I dunno i actually put one in last week and i didn't have any problems. I just loosened the clamps and adjusted the pipe..

You should try the adjustments first and then get back to me tommorrow..

just loosen it at the throttle body, move the pipe and re tighten, i had to do this too.

Leo- just wondering how long before the intake will be ready for the gs 400 98-00..been waiting awhile now for the pipe leo, pm me direct...for Q&A
