Default GS electrical guru help..

OK Ive seen the foglight mod in the DIY section where you can turn on the light at anytime.... What i want to do is to be able to turn it on with the parking light ( and can be turned on and off with the stock switch just like how it is stock but with the parking lights not the headlights).. leads me to this question... Where can I find the wire that supplies power to the foglight relay from the headlight switch... I want to connect that wire to the parking light... if my theory is right, I or we should be able to turn on the fog just like them german cars... Any help would be appreicated..

thanks
Kahlee

It's a pretty common mod. It's called the Foglight Relay mod. Just do a search for it and you should get a few hits.

I looked at those mod, Im just looking for the "hot" wire that powers the foglight relay when you turn the headlight on... with that wire connected to the hot wire for the parking light should make it work.. that would be alot easier than doing that whole foglight mod.
