I am considering these ebay specials:

http://cgi.ebay.ie/c2x7-HEADREST-MON...QQcmdZViewItem

They are complete headrests so no fabrication required, leather (3 colours), have a built-in DVD player each, have a built in SD card reader & USB socket and are IR headphones compatible!.

Also the ebayer has some good feedback >11,000!

Hey I actually have a set for sale. You need to send me your stock headrests back though. These are custom installed LCD screens...not just some crappy one with cheap leather. They are using the original lexus headrests. The leather is also brand new too so everything looks very nice.

$350 shipped to you. You need to pay the return shipping for your stock ones back to me. Oh yeah, this is only for the Tan color interior. Thanks!

7" are the best size and any ebay specials will do. I had some in my LS looked good Panasonic brand. Kept having interference on the passener side monitor not alot but enough where i could tell. No problems with the screens and make sure you get skins for them.

I've got 9.2 in mine, they are barely on unless the kids are playing PS in the back on road trips (or NELOC needs to find me in traffic on a caravan)

There's not really much to recommend, the 'you get what you pay for' mantra fits nicely. You'll find that you barely have them on unless you constantly have people in your back seat. It's easy to go overboard.

You may want to do a search on DaveGS4's mod where he installed PSP's back there for a change of pace.

I looked for the older GB for the Invision headrests and it must have been pulled. 7" is the way to go. Make sure you get the TV tuner with it.

Default 6.5 / 7?

I wanted the Alpine 7" screens but they were out of stock so I settled for the Clarion 6.5 " screens. I like them as well and they were used with my original headrest!
