the shoot was an impromptu shoot so there was not time to prep the car. Now that its has been brought to the public's attention....what products would you guys recommend, so that I can tackle the detailing job this weekend. I just went out and bought a professional highspeed buffer for the job...thanks guys for all the comments!! No harm done guys I dont take the paint comments personal..it is what it is....Yeah the sun at that angle made them show up like a sore thumb

whoaaa buddy be easy with that "professional highspeed buffer"... you will quickly come to realize that buffing a car, especially a dark one, is somewhat of an art form. done incorrectly you can do damage to your cars clear coat that only a true professional will be able to undo... it takes years to perfect the use of a buffer wheel along with the right compounds and polishes to get the job done properly.. swirls, scratches, etc are a nightmare with dark paint and you CAN make them worse winging it on your own with no previous experience.. the best advice i can give you is to have someone who knows what they are doing right along side you while you try this, atleast for the first few times.
Remember keep the subject within the frame, some parts of the car is barely cut off. And take that thing from the rear view mirror off.

Got some good pics, there. Need to watch the white balance on those really red pics, unless, of course, that's the effect he was going for.
