In any case, words are just words, aggressive, professional it's all relative. The general recommendations on the guide probably still apply to 95+% of the members out there who just want to know what will clear and with what modification level may be required to make something fit.

This guide still accomplishes that.

For those out there looking for more extreme fitments, this guide is not cutting edge and it will not help as much with fitments related to fender pulling, adding camber, stretched tire sizes, etc, but for everyone else with STANDARD fitment questions, the data here is still quite helpful.

ok ive had a few set ups on my 2015 is 250 2wd. My car always vibrates. No vibration with proper alignment and Castor repair on oem set up. Sold my oem wheels and now I’m stuck with these niche Misanos.
Rear 19x9.5 +38 245/35/19
front 19x8.5 +40 255/35/19
stock suspension
not sure what my back spacing is. Hopefully someone can help. Every mechanic I’ve taken this car to us always just said it’s the rims but never give me a solution. I just kept returning rims and using oems and getting alignment after alignment after alignment and going back and forth with different size 19’s to find out the issue. Still getting a rough pattern of vibration at high speeds. It feels like I’m the only one with this issue while everyone one else seems to be enjoying g their wheels.

Hi everyone, I have a 03 Lexus GS430 and I am planning to install Vertini Drifts rims on my car. The specs are 19x9 +20 and 19x10.5 +25 and I am planning to run 235/245 40 19 and 275/40/19. Will I run into rubbing issue and I know I might have to shave the rear fenders.I am not going for the slam or extreme camber look. Any advice or comments is welcome and I appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks everyone in advance.

I honestly feel bad for the person who made this guide. They went to the trouble of making a great reference for you guys and typing it all up, and you can't even bother to read the very first post in this thread

Do you still have these?

I'm currently looking for new set up on my gs and having a hard time figuring this out. I saw some wheels I want but they are 18x9.5 and 18x10.5 with a +22 offset. I have bbk on the front but the backs are still stock. Please help so I can pull the triger on these wheels. Thanks in advance

Kstyle55 07-07-20 04:06 PM

ok so I'm looking for new wheel setup for my gs300. I found some wheels im really interested in. They are 18x9.5 up front and 18x10.5 in the rear and both have a +22 offset and im not sure if they will fit up front with the bbk I have upfront. Im not into spacers or stance or bottoming out the suspension. Im gonna be making around 800hp when my new fuel system gets installed so I want a little meat on my rims no rubber band tires here. I want function but don't want to sacrifice looks. I like my rims to have lip. Your input would really appreciated. Sorry for posting twice didnt think the first one posed

firelizard 07-07-20 06:37 PM

What do you want to know?

Kstyle55 07-07-20 10:59 PM

Thanks for replying. Well the first question would be what offset should I be looking for up front being that I have a bbk on the car withe either a 8.5 or 9.5 width. Second question what offset should I be looking at in the rear with either a 10 or 10.5 wide wheel. I have factory calipers in rear.
