Check it out wantanewlex, cause' it is going to f*** with a lot of heads out there! Not to call any names: Boxster S, Z3, SLK, S2000, just to name a few! And what is just soooooooo rich, is the price! I went to their site, and you can already build one of 4 models including the "TRACK" model (my choice naturally). "Standard" features on the "Track" model! Note the: Xenon 4-bulb high intensity discharge headlights & Brembo® brakes with 4-piston front calipers, 2-piston rear calipers, 12.8" vented front discs and 12.7" vented rear discs! Uhh, I think Nissan means business! I've been on the waiting list for the "official brochure" and I'm seriously debating plunking down a deposit now that I've got the go ahead from the Task-Master, oops I mean my wife!

This is an interesting question. Motortrend was able to get to sixty in under six seconds with the same engine minus forty horsepower and plus ~200-300 pounds. So why does Nissan guess 6.0 to sixty? Hmmm.

Yes very interesting. Since the current test mule is not a straight up "production" model, it's hard to say. I have read diffrerent times from the same tester: anywhere from very low 5's - 6 flat. But the really awesome thing is that Nissan has said that engine can be tweaked to 300-hp normally aspirated!!! And further still they are claiming it will be the quickest "Z" car ever!

Actually, at first glance I mistook that for a relatively newly redesigned Toyota--the MR2.

I personally believe the photos don't do it justice. According to specs the upcoming Z will be longer and wider than it's predecesor!

My first car was a 91' 300Z. I loved that car. Till this day, I kick myself for selling it.

I have the Uniden 944wsi-- Something like that. I had if for 6 years. I tested most of the radar detectors and I am very satisfied it. Never had a ticket. Try the V1 if you are in the market for a detector.

one thing i learned in ID is the A pillar should point straight through the center of the front wheel. Thats also the same with the rear wheel, the old Z32 was a perfect example, but this new Z doesn't do that with the rear wheel.

errr...actually i think i may be wrong with the back wheel part. maybe thats y i couldnt hang in ID
