thanks guys...turns out he's an illegal. They're gona deport him. But he has no assets...no job...so nothing to take from him...Also...the messed up thing is...my damn deductable is $1000. The damage is said to be less than that, so it's gotta come out of my own pocket....the money I saved up for my Traffic star RTS...I"M SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PISSED OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!

Aw man, that just blows big time!!!! Insurance rates are high already, because of insurance fraud, but this sounds like fraud to me that the insurance companies are perpertrating!! If the other party doesn't have insurance, the insurance company should go after them, not take it out on you. Sorry to hear dude.

It seems like it's quite a bit more than $1000. Or are most of those just scuff marks? I mean it looks like it got part of the rear quater and obviously big time on the door. If they have to replace the door skin and reweld part of the rear quarter...that's big $$$ right there already. Add paint on top of that too.

thats what your insurance should do actually. your insurance company should go after that guy so your premiums dont go up. i've never had a good experience when dealing with my insurance company. i always have to be pulling teeth for things to get done the right way

Thanks for the inputs guys...now for the questions...is it enough to paint the whole car? I mean, if I'm going to pay $1000 just for deductable...I wana paint the whole car...so...does anyone know of bodyshop that can hook me up? I dont care for the quality of the paint for now. I just want to respray it. If anyone knows of someone that can help, I'd appreciate it. THanks!
