Default Clunking noise from passenger

Well, I know this issues been way way played out,but i solved my problem and need to know where i could get these parts? I need to know what's the part that holds the front brake rotors to the hub bolts so it does not move around. The thing that i noticed is that i took out the front tire to inspect and i noticed that when i was wiggling the rotor back&forth the rotor had some play in it. I know there is some kind of shim/sleeve that goes over the hub wheel bolt after when u install the rotors on there so it does not move. What is that part? And where can i get them?

It's designed that way, when you tighten the rim, it locks the rotors in place (the caliper will stop you from pulling the rotor completely off), the clunking wouldn't be coming from the rotors moving around. Check your calipers, sway bar links etc..
