the easier way is to just switch the coil side to acc or ign instead of low beam..not need make extension or tap the switch side on the column...i will be cleaner install that way.
Yes, I agree. That is what I did with my Prelude with OEM Foglights. Positive side of FOGLIGHT Relay coil to Parking lights instead of Low Beams, so Fogs will turn on with Parking lights instead of Headlights. Negative trigger from switch remains the same and untouched.
I'm trying to figure out when you need to have your foglights on but your headlights off....
If you have to ask...

Hmmmmmmmm....
Soooo, where is the foglight relay coil? Anyone got pix of it???
josh, does it mean if i don't leave the fog on when i turn off the car then i wont have this problem? i think i can do that
turn off the fogs when u turn off the car. I arleady have the habit of doing this with my headlights because I have s2000 projector retrofits and they flicker too when starting the car if I leave my headlights on ON or Auto. I stop leaving my headlights on because i've burned a set of HID bulbs already because of this. I admit I could build a time delay relay but I'm just too lazy haha.
