Interior LED Bulb Replacement Sizes?

Interior LED Bulb Replacement Sizes?
I've been searching around for the right bulb sizes to replace my interior lighting on my 2003 Lexus GS300. Couldn't find much info.
Here's what I did find:
Door Courtesy Lights:
194 Wedge Bulbs
Under the Dash Lights: ?
Rear Headliner Dome Lights: ?
Vanity Lights (Right in Front on Moonroof):
DE3175 Festoon Base Bulbs (Anyone know the size in millimeters?)
Front Lights (Right Above Rear View Mirror): ?
Any help or input would be great. Thanks guys.
