I have a very dirty engine compartment and need the best way to clean wihtout having to worry about fryin anything and get it done without a all day affair. Ideas?

Thanks Fellas. I will try and see if I can buy local. I am impatient when it comes to it.

 

CD2 might be something worth trying. but it's wwayyyy too glossy/shiney for my taste. More shine usually means more product (mostly oil) that will attract more dust later on

 

^i agree with GSteg. I use simple green, degreasers, a warm and soapy rag, and an array of toothbrushes and painters detail brushes. takes me about 4 hours to do the whole engine bay including polishing and buffing the polished pieces.
