Default How much wider is the Aristo front fender VS USDM fender?

I was trying to see if anyone had specifications on this fender and about how much more clearance they provide. I just got my car back from having all the fenders modified. They did a great job shaving the rear, but they shaved my front fender when I wanted it rolled..

Once I get my car back from the shop I'll let you know. I have the aristo fenders on the front.

thanks lightwave76, i look forward to your reply. did you take any clearance measurements before putting on the aristo fender to see what the differences are?

There is a difference.. lightwave76 has a photo of it here:

As you can see they're shaped different. I'm looking for a set myself.

Hey guys sorry for the delay (thanks Thomas for the heads up). I'll take an accurate measurement from the hub once the car gets back from the paint shop, but when I measured from the edge of my rim (19x9 JP Scara) I had 3/4 to the outside edge of the fender. This was when my car was 0 gap.

Now I know that is not all that accurate of a reading, but where the fender actually lines up with the door there is a 1/4" difference of a space with the fender being slightly larger. The shop will have to blend your door if you want your door and fender to match up.

So while there is some coolness with having aristo fenders, there are trade offs but to me they are worth it.

dle: you're located in houston also right? If you don't mind me asking...Who did you fender mods?

I didn't realize the aristo fenders are wider. My buddy had a set off an aristo front clip. I didnt even bother to compare them with US fenders...now i feel stupid. lol
