They're just your highbeams running at 50% in the daytime when none of your lights are on.

those lights in the inner headlight? thats my 98 GS and yeah, it has them...except its not working on the other side (i think it just needs new bulbs)
PS: ignore the wheels, the previous owner put aftermarket 17" on for some reason. I will trade these for OEM 17"s if anybody wants them

I hate my DTR's...they are super ugly. ..Has anyone repleaced them with an HID kit?...i would love it if i could get a 9005 kit for the DTR's...they would not be to bright because they would only be on during the day (in theory)..
