Since I was totally forgotten and went unmentioned thru all these posts (after all these years), here's a picture of my GS for consideration:

Looking good Ted, how about an updated pic, that one's like three years old. What's new?

Very nice treat for Halloween. Instead of getting candies, I'm looking at awesome GSs.

Wow, this thread really is one great advertisement for the 2nd Gen GS, that's for sure. There are some really, really nice GS' in this thread.

My two CL favorites though fall into two categories:

SoCalSC4's is my favorite 'show car'. All the attention to detail is quite stunning, and the inside of the rims painted to match is just gorgeous.

My favorite 'daily driven' car is definitely KevinGS' black cherry. The color is still amazingly radiant, even after 130,000 miles. And out of all the 2nd GS' on CL, this is the one I'd want to actually own, and my girlfriends all agree. This thing is just sex on wheels. I know most of you guys like the VIP/slammed look which does look great at a car show, but once I'm back in the parking lot heading home, this is the kind of car that would cause me to stop and stare. As Kevin already knows, if he ever decides to sell it, I have 2 generous offers awaiting him.

if it's the same one I'm thinking of, it's a girl driving it too. Almost bought JP/Wise taillights and Session pillows from her.

Just saw this; thanks for the kind words.

BTW, my GS is my daily car... you'd be shocked if you knew how many
miles it has! Of course, these days my commute is short, only about
ten miles per day. And I don't valet the car, take it to clubs in L.A.,
or use it for long road trips any more.

Kind of sucks, I built such a nice car and now I am afraid to drive it!

A few new things happening with the car right now, more updates soon...

One item is new wheels with a 5" lip on the back...
