LEXUS SC300/GS300 IRIDIUM SPARK PLUGS +9HP

I know someone whoi is elling these things brand new for aq set of 6 plugs.

Will they really improve the HP by 9.

Is it worth $75?

Are they easy to change or do you need a pro to do it?

The GS 400 comes with those plugs as standard equipment.

I figured it was time for new plugs since I have almost 90k miles
