Lexus - Has the color code on the drivers door jamb in the format i.e. CTR:1C8/FB13 which is color code 1C8. The CTR stands for Color and Trim. Next is the color code 1C8. At the end is the trim code, in this case FB13 which is not part of the color code.

if it's white and a 99, it should be diamond white pearl (051).

If you're really not sure... just go to lexus dealer with your VIN # & they can tell you.

051 should be white 98 - 00. 062 is 01+. Believe it or not (I didnt at first), the 99 GS 051 white is 2 tone on some (maybe all) cars. The lower panels are UCA29 and the upper is 051. I swore I saw a 2 tone white GS the other week and didnt believe it. The I had a shop call me up and fax me a list. It might be just the 99 GS 400 but it might be the 300 as well. If youve ever seen it your not crazy it is 2 tone.

Im positive. I work at Lexus and have the official color chart from Lexus and it states that it is a two tone color on that car. Ive seen it on a couple cars and still didnt believe it. I thought it was faded paint or something like that, untill I read it. If I had a scanner I would post it. Maybe I can take a pick of the color code chart for 99 vehicles, it states it on the color chart. All the Cladding colors for the GSs say N/A except for the 051. Im positive. Did I say Im positive?
