I rarely see a GS in BGM in Utah...I get thumbs up all the time...I personally like the color, the color to me is a luxurious color giving it a high class look..

Ya definitely check out Teelex's ride...

BGM looks so much better outside. The pics I have seen of the one im thinking of purchasing are inside and makes the color look really dark but outside it looks so much lighter. I am liking the color more and more. Im going for a test drive on Monday and hopefully they will give me what I want for my car. There only asking 10,995 for the GS seems to good to be true so I will see on monday and could possibly the proud new poppa of a GS400. Cant wait! Thanks for all of the insight guys!

After I got rid of my 1st Gen GS, I decided to get a 2nd Gen. At this point in time (about 2004) the 2nd Gen forum was truly RUNNING this site and the level of modding was just simply INSANE! The toughest thing was there was a sickly modded example of almost every color from Bluelex and Rominl with blue, Dave and TTPimp with black, Alwilliams and RMM with silver, Manny with Cinnabun ( ), and even colors like Black Cherry were being done.

I really did not just want to go buy a car and then mod it and be "another GS". So I went to go see a Gold one and it was under some florescent lights and for the first time I could see the flakes in the paint and it was a wrap.

I still remember the look on Stefwilli's face when he saw it for the first time, it was one of those "Damn D I dont know if you can pull this one off" type looks, but I had a vision! lol

Actually started D2 off that car so I guess I was somewhat correct!!

Go for it, IF you mod it properly its a sick color. The thing I find about gold, it must be done fully. A gold car with wheels and a lowering alone doesnt really hit home. (IMHO)

Default Nice!!!

My cars color, to be pacific (like my little nephew says specific) is Desert Sand Mica. Is it me or is my color a tad lighter than burnished gold? I was actually thinking of painting this thing not too long ago. Glad I didnt. Well heres the first set of wheels in 04:
