I had a mechanic do it the first time, and watched him do it. There are 2 wires in a small square-shaped hole where the license plate should sit (1 red, 1 black). These wires ultimately go the small 192 bulbs that illuminate your license plate when you turn your headlights on. Splice the two wires from the license frame to the two wires behind the plate and you're done. Took less than 10 mins. It looks incredible at night. Not ricey at all. I've gotten many compliments on it.

I know this isnt on a GS, but I made my own club lexus plate frame, thought I would show it off!
I know its a big pic, but you get the idea.
To get this look.....
1. Go to target
2. Buy cheap black (metal) generic liscense plate frame
3. Go home
4. Cut up sticker in to 3 parts....
5. Figure out where to put em....
6. After you stick em on I recomend spraying the plate frame with about 5 coats of clear coat paint
I havent done step 6, I plan to do it after it gets warm enough....I might add some reflective paint to the letters 2....

well i was complaining about this when i first got my car cuz i have the stupid plastic black one from the dealership that just says what dealership on it....... but today finally, im gettin the chrome or silver whatever it is from the dearlership.....gotta friend hookin me up that works there 
and though im a jerzy drive i only have the bak one on my car cuz i bought my car in PA and im not gonna bother puttin on the front one since im gonna be puttin on a bumper soon and plus i think it looks better without it

I have a chrome plated frame . I stuck on one of the white sticker that says "clublexus" from one of the meetings I went to. It looks really good!
Only have frame in the back, took off the one in front (till I get ticktet for it).
