ok so I just got my WIN type i kit painted and put on.. and i was wondering if i should use a mesh grille for the big opening?

I would use a dark mesh.

I used the mesh that came with the kit when I got mine. I just painted it gunmetal and it looked great. I think on your car black would be best

Yea, go with a black mesh. You dont want to attract a lot of attention to that spot. Especially with no FMIC.

hm.. i was just gonna leave it open? maybe i'll try to find a dark mesh.

Regular mesh and paint it black.

That opening is way to big to just leave it open, unless of course you had a FMIC sitting behind it. If you have mesh in your grille I would try to find mesh that matches up with that

This, my friend, is why you need a supercharger. A big FMIC in there and you wouldn't want a grill

sorry everyone - i don't want to take pics until the side skirts and l-sportline grille are painted and installed.. plus i'm gonna have the entire kit + grille wet sanded so it doesn't look all textured when I take the pics haha.. I don't know where to find mesh grille at.. especially black mesh grille.. Pep Boys/Checkers/Advanced Auto/NAPA all only carry that cheap APC grille that's way too small for my opening.. anyone know where I can pick some up?

my rear bumper kind of needs some work also, but it already started cracking underneath where it connects to the frame so I don't want to fix it lol for now anyways.. it bows out on both sides of the rear
