Help what does my car have
I went to a meet with another forum that I am on, and I decided to do a burn out. I have a STOCK 2000 GS400. The car was recently bought ( in December) and I thought that the Gs didnt come with an LSD. SO WHY DO I HAVE BOTH TIRES PEELING OUT?

An open diff will allow one side to spin while the other side could be grabbing.
In your case, the traction of the road surface was very even on both sides so even though it is an open differential, you got equal traction or slippage from both sides.
Now try exiting a hard turn and floor the throttle and VSC off **. In that condition with less of the cars weight on the inner tire, your inner wheel will spin for sure, while the outer wheel will not.
** Adults, do so at your own risk, kids don't try this at home.
