Default Those of you with Leatherseats.com covers - install cost?

Guys I'm finally going to get the Leatherseats new leather put on my call I bought in the last GB.... it's been sitting in my basement for 6 -8 months or so.

I don't have time or patience to take this on myself right now and want to know what the typical install cost those of you who bought these and had them professionally installed were charged? Not headliner just front & rear seats. No heated seats in my GS.

Thanks in advance

I paid $465 for my installation (Nashville, TN) but mine did include heated seats which probably added about 1/2 an hour. I would recommend paying extra if necessary to be sure that a thorough cleaning is done while the seats are removed to get to areas not normally cleaned.

One of the guys working at the shop where mine were installed liked them so much that he wanted to special order some for a "project" car they were working on.

Those installation costs are not bad at all. I was curious to know the costs as well and now I may just have to jump in on a group buy in the near future. The only reason I havent done it yet is the leather is still in great condition. Only the piping on the drivers seat is cracked

I took my car to a shop and was quoted 575-650.00 because of the heated seats it was going to be more on the 650.00 side.

Mine are going to take me 20 minutes to do (time to drive the seat shop and back).

I'll be out on my boat instead, it's nearly summertime

I'd have to say I'd just go ahead and do it yourself and save the money. It's silly easy to do. I'd bet you could easily do it in one weekend and that would be front and back. I did this Miata over the winter. Removed fabric seat covers, and installed Katzkins leather and also a heated seat kit. Took me three hours to figure out the first seat, and 90 minutes for the other seat. Granted they are probably easier, but the concept is identical.
