Default HELP! Rear View Mirror Assembly

Anyone have a exploded diagram for the rear view mirror assembly on a 2nd GEN GS? My 4-yr old daughter decided to test it's break-away capacity and I found it dangling last night. It appears that it's held by ball bearings on each side....which is somehow supported by a curving metal bracket. Problem is I have no idea how it goes back together. I just hit 100k, so no more warranty. I'm thinkin I may need to purchase a shop manual. Thanks for any help!

ihave the 98-00 manual..it may be different because of the compass thats on it..but i didn't find an exploded view of it...

you can try LEXUS/TOYOTA - TIS ..its only $10 for the day...you get access to the service manual for every make/model/year..

GSoup:

Thank-you for taking a look in your manual. I had a feeling they wouldn't show anything. I may try to "reverse engineer" the parts somehow. I bookmarked that TIS link...sounds like a great service.

Has anyone had this mirror apart that could attempt to explain how it goes together?
