Help! Navigation don't work

After replacing battery in my 2001 GS 430 navigation don't work and navigation screen is blank. Everything else (audio, climate control) is working. Any suggestions?

Check your fuses. Specifically the ones in the kick-panel under your steering wheel.

Sounds like you blew the fuse while putting in the new battery.

GL as let us know how it turns out :D

Fuses are fine. Is there something else I can check?

I just did it and I got the message in English and Japanese I think "system is trying to communicate with satellite" or something like this, and then after a minute screen is blank again.
I also tried to eject DVD but I can't. Looks like there is no power. Is there a fuse I mean inside the box where the DVD and computer is?

Well, you car is a 01. Maybe still under warranty? If it is then you're in luck because most of the navi components are quite expensive new from lexus.

If you are out of warranty, at least take it in to the dealer to see whats up with it and possibly give you a repair cost estimate. If it is out of warranty, you probably don't want the dealer to be repairing it. Get the dealer to see whats wrong and find some used parts from ebay or a junkyard and fix it up. Usually something like replacing the computer module or a control box is not too difficult. Or it could be something as simple as the GPS antenna/reciever that went out.

OK, I took car to dealer, they tried to reset the system, checked all the codes - nothing. They think that computer chip burnt out and for replacing that they want to charge me $1,600 for parts (remanufactured) plus 1 hour work which is around $100 plus tax. Is it possible that something like this can happen after replacing battery? Where do you think I can fix it except dealers of course?
