I've made a few posts here, not enough to be well known, but the dealer was having problems getting the GS430 I wanted (I'm in Boise, they have a limited inventory) so I opted for the 2002 IS300 5-Speed. Can't say I'm upset, they had it on the lot for 2 days and I decided to test drive, needless to say, mix Lexus with a Manual transmission and the results are beautiful. I've sacrificed some amenities and off the line performance, but the joy of shifting manually and the sporty suspension are making up for it... Not to mention a real 6-disc indash CD player. Everyone enjoy your fantastic cars, and expect me to be back here once the dealer can get me the GS I want. I've made sure he realizes this isn't the only Lexus I'll be buying...
