first.. how do i change the parking light bulb? do i just pull the wire or do i have to turn it a certain way or is it like a screw where i just unscrew it?

which parking bulb you talking about, the one in the high beam housing or the one on the bumper (side)? both of them are the same, you have to twist them counter clockwise a bit and it will be loose. but obviously in some locations it's not as easy

you mean the throttle wire? take off the engine cover and you should see it. it's just two nuts, loosen them and you can adjust the pisition and tighten again. make sure you mark the original position. 1/8 of an inch is already making a lot of difference
