what tire sizes would you guys recommend for a 18x8 and a 18x10? thanks guys

 

F, 235/40/18 may be 245/40/18
R, 275/35/18

 

Why only 8 on the front? 8.5" would be better.

The popular sizes for 8.5/9.5 (18s) are:
245/40-18
275-35-18

 

whats so popular with the 8.5?? compared to the 8's?

 

The stock 17s are 8s. You don't want to put 245s on 8s. The 8.5s give more tread options, and fills the front wheel well better. Some are running a 9 and 10 stagger also. Never heard of an 8 and 10 stagger. Most common is 8.5 and 9.5.
