Nice find!

it's in north cali though (i'm in socal)

Thats' about a 6-7 hour drive. I would love to buy the car, but I need to look at it first. Remember, i'm only 18. Plus, my dad has to go with me (i'm borrowing money from him) so I can't buy anything without telling him first. You know, father and son thingo.

Lol, yeah I know about the father and son thingo, I have an 18 y/o myself and no way I'd loan him 12-14 grand to buy a car sight unseen. Like anywhere else there are good and bad sellers on ebay, I figure I got lucky when I bought mine, I got a 1998 Alpine Silver/Black GS400 with HID's, Nakamichi, everything but nav and heated seats (which would be useless here in AZ anyway) for $20,000, which may sound high but the car had under 21,000 miles. Yeah that's no typo, under 21,000 miles which means I basically got a brand new Lexus GS400 for $20,000, and trust me it was in pristine condition. I've had it just over a year now and am still under 34,000 miles and I have no complaints, it's by far the best car I've ever owned. Do you know anybody reliable in nocal who could check out the car for you? Either way keep your eyes open, your car is out there, don't settle for junk. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice.

My car is sure out there, it's just priced high

Seriously, if california's pricing was as low as other states, you wouldn't see this thread!

I did come across a silver/gray gs400 for $15k. it has 90k miles right now and it looks clean, and it's local. Too bad I dont like the gray interior. It looks sooo plain and unluxurious (sorry if I offended anyone).

Actually..come to think of it, I dont think the car I was looking at came from Fresno. It came from Northridge. Talk about coincidence!

This gives me hope that the car is still available
