Slight rattle from driver's side window

Hey guys. Like the title says, I have a slight rattle coming from the top of the driver's side window area. I really shouldn't call it a rattle because it's more like a tick or slight rub. It happens when the car twists from going over a bump on only one side of the car. I can't tell if it's the window moving against the weather stripping, the weather stripping moving against the car, or that plastic garnishy window frame on the inside of the car. If I apply pressure to the top of the window frame (by shoving my fingers up between the window and the plastic frame, the noise seems to go away. Does anyone else have this tick? Does anyone know of a fix?

Okay. I just did some searching (which I should have done first). It looks I might be able to quickly fix the problem by lubricating the door seals. Here's the next question. What should I use? WD-40? Armorall? Meguiar's rubber/vinyl conditioner? Silicone? Is there anything I should stay away from?

Thanks Chuck. I remember you telling me about that once. I just went out to the garage and looked through my box of car junk and found a bottle of Meguiar's leather conditioner. I put some on a rag and wiped down the weather stripping both on the door and the car. I'll see if it makes a difference in the morning. I know it's leather conditioner (as opposed to trim or rubber protectant), but I figured that it couldn't harm it. If it makes a difference, I'll go out and get some Meguair's trim detailer or vinyl/rubber protectant.
