My suggestions :

Turbo
New wheels (staggered) show some lip Action
Big Brake kit (much better for show than stockers)

Grill? whats different from our chrome grill that we have here in the states?

perfect example ....bluelex

this is what I call show and GO!!!

I was about to suggest the same things.

Although wheels are a personal tastes thing, I do agree that these wheels do not bring out the best in the car. If you like it, though, keep them. BBK would be next since they are straightforward to buy and install. Last would be FI since there are so many variables with this option.

I agree 100% Bluelex is definately the standard I have even PM'd him to tell him how much I love his car. I have been tempted on a number of occasions to take a bunch of pictures up to Creative Customs and tell them I want my car to look just like this. I am thinking about getting the engine swap and I most likely will get some new rims because one of mine got bent really bad on the inside lip by a pot hole. I do like my rims but I notice that they are vastly different than anything else that I see here on CL. That is both good and bad . I am open for suggestions on the rims let's see what you guys think I should drop on here. However I must say I am partial to chrome. Any estimates on how much I should expect to pay for the engine swap? Can you turbo charge a GS300 engine or does it have to be a complete swap?

As far as the grill goes I could not find a chrome grill here in the U.S. so I had to order mine from Japan but I don't think there is any difference.

Thanks for the comments so far.

I cant believe you guys don't like my rims The ladies love them. Oh well I am getting married in 5 months anyway.

Yeah those rims are hot! I love how deep the lip is on them. I would rock those in a heart beat any idea how much they cost?

Also can someone tell me what is involved in turboing a GS300? What will it cost and what performance gains will I get from it?

Like others have said... I would go with new wheels (2 or 3 piece with a nice lip action) and a BBK or atleast a Supra kit. You will be suprisedhow it changes your cars appearance.
