Default Problem with forum?

Has anyone noticed that threads are getting automatically "bumped" to the top? Check out the thread entitled something like "owners of OEM 17s please report in." It says that I posted the last message at 3:00 a.m. this morning. If you look at my post, it was actually a few weeks ago at the end of November. Has anyone else noticed this phenomenon?

There is not a problem with the forum.
The thread is updated when someone places a vote, without having to place a post!

I think it may bump if someone edits a previous post too.
