Who has the Veilside Kit w/ Millen FT. Bumper?

Theres this GS down my block that has the Rod Millen front bumper and Veilside skirts... I remeber someone on this board had the same setup and I was wondering if it was the same guy. I know its a long shot, but that would be really cool.

I really have no clue, but look at GS4Wills sig....there ISNT one.... Hes a silent but deadly! "Someone" told me he has HRE's, Veilside, and SC.....Is it his car? Tiny
