Default NAV lock up

Well it happened this evening. When I press the PREV DESTINATION button the entire screen just locks up. Cant change audio, climate, or check out the map. A simple key off/key on resets it and it works fine again till the button is used. Anyone run into this? Otherwise everything works perfectly. Just that function which worked last week.

take it to the dealership and see if they can find out way. I haven't had any problems with the Nav. at all.

I had the NAV free on me twice before in 1.5 years. It just freezes at the disclaimer page.

A few weeks ago, the touchscreen doesn't work, and I restarted the car everything was fine.

The 98-00 (hd) nav system is slow to boot. If you hit a button before it's ready to go then everything may not work after that. It's happened to me once.
