Can any 2nd gen GS owners that are super bored take a tape measure and measure from the end of the front bumper (starting in the fenderwell) to the other end (ending in the fenderwell) along to bodyline? And then can you do the same along the bottom of the bumper? The reason I am asking is because I own a first gen GS and I know a good body man. I was considering having him mold the stock (or Ltuned) 2nd gen bumper to the first gen bumper at the bodyline and have him shave the bumper lights. Then I would add the TTE lip. It's an idea I've had for quite a while and if the measurements aren't too far off, I hope to get it done. There just aren't enough options for me for the first gen and this would be pretty original.

Thanks

I'm super bored, and I'd be happy to do this for you, but I'm not sure exactly what measurements you're looking for. When you say measure from the end of the front bumper to the other end (both ending at the front of the fender well along the bodyline, are you looking for a wrap-around length measurement of the front bumper along the middle of the bumper? If so, that length is 89 and 3/8 inches.

Does anyone know how much a bumper costs to have repainted with a metallic paint?

I said fenderwell in my first post but I meant wheel well. I'm looking for the measurement starting at the very edge of the bumper (in the wheelwell) all the way around to the other wheel well. Is this what you measured? If so I got ~ 98" all the way around.

Right, that's what I measured (sorry about that). I took a tape measure and began the measurement where the bumper ends in the front of the passenger wheel well and wrapped the tape measure all the way around the front of the bumper (along the centerline of the bumper) and ended the measurement at the end of the bumper in the front of the driver's side wheel well.

I'm guessing you scratched your bumper while measuring?
