man, after all these mods, and 3 sets of wheels and this and that I just KNOW that I have spent AT LEAST 26 dollars and 17 cents on my GS! LOL

I never count, I always buy the part and then forget what I spent, that really helps. I like to look at it as a form of recreation, so who counts thier recreation money? (now, who's WIFE is counting is a different story!!)

Probably 10-15K for me in parts/labor. If I was as talented as some ppl here that does a lot of installs themselves, I would have saved a bunch.

I think before it's all said and done...I'll be in the 20-25K range.

I swear man, if I knew how to paint body parts, I would never get clear bra and just paint my bumper every 2 months! I wish I could paint!

Are you talking about this GS or the previous one too. If both, that's actually not too bad.

When I think about it, it blows my mind that I actually spent that much in mods rather than doing something more responsible like paying down debt.
My sentiments exactly!

Had it(98 GS w/lower miles in condition) for 1 year

$2k in mods (rims, couple small stuff)
$1700? in repairs (starter being the major one)

Never thought that repairs would almost amount to mods. It's something I would expect in a domestic. Nevertheless, I am happy with it still.
