Hey Dieselman, I was looking at your profile of your GS and I'm looking for almost the exact same Alpine setup.

Where did you get your system from and how much did you get that junx for? It's pretty sweet, isn't it?

Okay Kevs, well the Iva-C800/Alpine DVD/Alpine Powernav gonna run you around $3000 (cheapest I can find from a retail alpine dealer) They were asking $3400 but I run him down to exactly $2900.

The installation is going to be around $300-$400.

The TV's in the headrest I had a good deal going. I got the alpine's for $800 for 2!! usually its around $600-$700 for one. Though its a 6.5 " screen (I wanted 7") the picture quality is superb ! I had to custom make some space in between the arm rest to fit the playstation 2, so it can fold down nicely. For these, I paid around $300 for installation which is not too shabby !!

Lemme know if you need anything else !

Default Thanks so much!!

Diesel, can you give me the number to his guy so I can get the equipment from him? Do you think he'll give me the price he gave you? The only different thing I'm considering is buying the DHA-S680 found here:

http://ecominet2.alpine-usa.com:7777...in=30&p_more=y

I was gonna get the 5205 Alpine DVD, but the S680 retails for only $100 more, plus I can use it as a CD changer.

You only paid $300 for install on all these parts including the headrests? That's too awesome. Did you get the headrest monitors from the same retailer? Could you let me know about those too?

You can just email me: kevs888@hotmail.com

Thanks again, Dieselman.

The $300 is JUST for the headrest TV's. The addition $300-$400 is for the IVA/DVD/NAV. The nav was a bitch to install because we had to connect wirings to the speed sensor of the car , have wirings linked to the brakes, etc...

The headrest TV I got from my friend's store, but he went out of business because alot of "stereo" stores opened up next to him

I'll PM you the info on the other store.
