Does anyone make a EXACT MATCH wood dash kit for the GS's? I have seen some of the pics here and they do not match. Close is not good enough.

That is going to be very hard to find! Any reputable dash kit supplier will verify, that unless your dash, and the kit that they supply you with is made of exactly the same tree, the match will never be exact. Close is as good as it gets!!

I got mine from Exotic Wood Dash, and they are so close that you have to be looking real hard, and in just the right light, to notice the difference.

Well I would doubt that since a replacement wood trim from Lexus would match the existing interior for my car. Im sure they did not all come from the same tree. I have used Exotic wood dash in the past and would not recommend them to anyone. Yes they are cheap($) , but 2-3 parts started to crack within months and it took over 30 days to replace them. So I went a month with some pieces missing from the car. SO I pulled it of and tossed it in the trash. Now I do know that the kits with the metal backing are superior to those that lack this. These are the kits that Lexus actually uses. Does anyone here know who supplies the wood kits with this type of backing?

Try Vogue Tyre at Vogue-tyre.com. Look in Accessories. This is the kit that my local Lexus dealer was selling and I installed in my car. The wood/color match was great.
