i'll give my unbias opinion. i think you should keep the 3rd gen. here's i few thing that would make me choose the 3rd gen

saves gas
keyless entry/start button
nicer interior
love the new tail lights
projector HID's
newer
nice bucket seats and rear seats.

Keep the 2nd gen...at least until there are mods available for the 3rd. JK....2 gen looks better to me.

 

why'd you buy the new GS if you're gonna contemplate getting rid of it?
