I havent had any other BBK on my car, but from what I have heard from other members the Supra TT brake caliper is larger in size than other BBK's. I'm not saying it performs better, just the actual dimensions of the Caliper are larger.
As far as body kit etc...I have a Greddy front lip, Tein CS V2 coilovers, 20" I-forged Trials, roof spoiler...thats about it.

it is a wald executive lip. the car now has the full wald exec lip kit on it.

you should have seen the gs4 b4 i painted it. it was black but a mixture of oxidation, sun fade, rust etc... you are right though lots of maintanence
