hi all & happy turkey day...i have searched forums and cant find any definitive answers to a problem..

my buddy has a GS300 with some kind of leak on his passenger side. all i know is his floor boards are soaking wet in the front and back passenger side only...there is no trace of water along the door jam or on the carpeting on the door and it is baffling us...has anybody ever experienced this?

there are drain plugs under the GS and he is missing one but i dont think that can explain water going up and in it...there hasnt been alot of rain here in FLA lately...

the only things i can think of are either some kind of AC leak or possibly a sunroof leak where the drain tube is but i havent pulled the headliner down to check...can somebody give some insight in solving this mystery water leak?

all the local Lexus dealership can say is "we'll gladly replace all your carpeting for $1800".

Sounds like heater core or possibly stopped drain plug in the AC condensor. Does the water smell?

There is another issue that can cause this, but can't remember off the top of my head, will try to search.

You know what antifreeze smells like (kind of sweet), right? Should have said that.
