Angry You've got me fired up!!

I've having a lil spat with my dealer too, they charged $349 to change my plugs! They want $935 to change the freaking break pads! They didn't even give me a damn keychain! And the bastards are refusing to change my corriding center caps (6 year corrosion warranty eh?). The Body Shop completely and totally dicked me over like you wouldn't believe.

Don't stand for the Sasha, that was the mistake I made, do whatever takes to take care of the situation in a manner you see fit!

If that stuff was truly not there when you dropped off the car, you have big friggin' right to be angry. If that's the crap left over AFTER they fixed the car, then 1.) I wonder what was done to it before it was fixed and 2.) they've got some half-assed repair people. The only thing I noticed with the headlight is that square on the new one. I'd demand they replace both so they match. The crap they did is unacceptable. IMO, Mom should not be putting up with that sort of sub-par non-service. I'm no lawyer, and AFAIK, no one here is. I think it would be wise to get a lawyer and assess your options. And do some major complaining to LexusCanada Send 'em those photos. If I were you, I'd be looking at getting a new GS.
